A truck and a car leave an intersection. The truck travels south and the car travels east. When the truck had gone 24 miles, the distance between the car and the truck was four miles more than three times the distance traveled by the car heading east. Suppose the truck stops at point c and the car stops at point b. Write a polynomial to express the sum of the distances traveled by the car and the truck.
