Polynomial Word Problem

From 1992 to 2003, the number of people in the United States who participated in snowboarding can be modeled by f (t) =0.0013t4( 4 is the exponent) -0.021t3( 3 is the exponent) +0.084t2 ( 2 is the exponent) + 0.037t + 1.2 where f(t) is the number of participants ( in millions) and t is the number of years since 1992.

a) Find f(0) and interpret your result.
b) Find f (10) and interpret your result.

i dont know how to do this...plzz help me if u can
