I am confusing about how can we multiply the matrices. And what is the differences between the "scalar multiplication matrix" and "matrix multiplication" ?

when multiplying matrices, I think you use addition too

there is also the method in multiplyin matrices where you match rows with columns

The needed conditions for multiplying them is when a row has 4 entries then a column must have 4 entries

and so on
